Conference menu

The host and participants each have a conference menu.

Host conference menu

From the conference menu, the host can:

View general information

• Includes the meeting room name and link
• Copy the conference URL to an email

Conference actions

• Record the conference (if enabled on the account)
• Lock the conference
• Lock the conference with a waiting room
• Set the conference to Broadcast

Invite participants

• Invite participants by phone (if dial out is enabled on your account)
• Invite participants by email

Manage settings

• Continue Conference Without Host
• Set Entry and Exit Tones

From the conference menu, participants can:
